AoE IV Scout is a website, not a tool that touches Age of Empires IV. It reads no game files, no memory and no network traffic, it draws nothing into the game and there is nothing to install. Everything it shows is already public on AoE4World.
Meta numbers are aggregates over thousands of ranked games in a rating bracket, never a profile of the person you are playing. Matchup and per-map win rates need at least 50 games (30 for 2v2 civilization duos); below that the app says so instead of showing noise.
There is no account and no login - your profile lives in a cookie in your own browser. This app needs JavaScript to run.
